You choose a trusted person (friend, family, partner) to be your validator. When you want to access a locked app, you send them a request with a reason. They decide whether to approve or deny based on your focus goals, creating a moment of reflection and support.

OOOPA uses Android's Accessibility Service and device administrator permissions to enforce app blocks. While no app can be 100% unbreakable, OOOPA makes it intentionally difficult to bypass, requiring you to think twice and involving your validator in the decision.

You can lock any app on your device - social media (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter), games, news apps, streaming services (YouTube, Netflix), or any other app you find distracting. You have complete control over which apps to block.

Your validator can be anyone you trust who understands your goals - a friend, family member, partner, roommate, coach, or accountability buddy. Choose someone who will be supportive, available, and committed to helping you succeed.

If your validator denies a request, the app stays locked. This is by design - it creates accountability and helps you stick to your goals. You can always explain your reasoning in a new request, but your validator has the final say during focus time.

Absolutely. Your data is encrypted and stored securely. Only your chosen validator can see your unlock requests. We never sell your data or share it with third parties. Your privacy is our top priority.
